Fireproof coating board
The fireproof coating board includes a rock wool board base layer, and a fireproof coating layer is respectively coated on both sides of the rock wool board base layer. This product uses rock wool board as the base material, and at the same time, it is covered with fireproof coating on both sides. It has small density, light weight, and is easy to transport and construct. The product expands in case of fire, and the released gas is non-toxic, harmless, environmental friendly, pollution-free and halogen-free. It is suitable for fire protection of various voltage grade cables in electric power, petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgy, communication, construction and other industries.

Holes for electrical panels and cabinets, holes for cables passing through walls
Crossing of single cable, cable bundle and cable bridge
Air pipe crossing
Crossing of combustible pipeline and non combustible pipeline
Sealing of large openings
Installation instructions:
Opening:
1. Clean the opening and keep the surface dry
2. The cable and cable bridge must be dry, dust-free and oil-free
Notes on certification:
Select the corresponding system according to different fire aging
Single layer board system (1 board, more than 50mm thick)
Double board system (2 boards, over 100mm thick)
matters needing attention:
1. If it is a double-layer board system, the second board can be installed in the same steps, flush with the back substrate, or two boards can be bonded;
2. If the precoating of a certain part of the board is damaged, the coating can be applied to restore the coating thickness. |
