Fire suppression module
The fire-retardant module is made of advanced non-toxic fire-retardant expansion materials and special technology. It is mainly used for fireproof plugging of wires, cables and electrical appliances in electric power, communication, metallurgy, petrochemical and other industries. It is an updated product of traditional plugging materials. The fire blocking module is mainly used for the fire blocking of wires, cables and electrical appliances in the cable trench, cable bridge, cable cross well, cable shaft, cable through wall hole, distribution cabinet chassis and other places of metallurgy, power, communication, petrochemical, industrial and civil construction industries.
Characteristic:
Long fire resistance time: the fire resistance time is more than 180 minutes after the inspection by the national fire protection building material supervision and inspection center. The actual fire resistance time is more than 280 minutes after the laboratory test of the enterprise.
Long term:
Due to the use of inorganic expansion materials and a small amount of high-efficiency adhesive materials, the accelerated aging test shows that the validity period can be more than 15 years, and the validity period of fire retardant package is generally three years.
Good water resistance:
The test shows that the product has no swelling, deformation and collapse after soaking in water for one year, and is suitable for use in cable trench with water.
High mechanical strength:
It is elastic. Due to the use of inorganic materials for bonding, molding and curing, the measured compressive strength is 0.8MPa, 16 times of the fire retardant package (0.05Mpa). It contains a small amount of high bonding materials, which is elastic, and is conducive to the protection of cables and subsequent removal and modification, which is an important feature of this product different from the traditional inorganic plugging materials.
Convenient construction:
Due to the use of a small amount of bonding materials and the unique concave convex self-locking shape, the sealing wall has high mechanical strength and is not easy to collapse, which is especially suitable for the sealing of large holes such as standard cable trench. Due to the good plasticity, it is convenient to cut and drill holes according to the hole and cable conditions, which is more compact and reliable than the sealing of fire retardant package.
Light weight:
The measured dry density is 0.5t/m3, the national standard requirement is no more than 2.0t/m3, and the weight is less than one third of the national standard, which can greatly reduce the load of plugging materials on cable bridge and buildings.
Green environmental protection:
Inorganic expansion fire-retardant material is used, which is non-toxic and odorless in case of thermal expansion.
Anti rat bite:
A special and non polluting substance is added to the product ingredients, so that there is a special smell to prevent small animals and mice from biting. |
